[En-Nut-Discussion] Where is sprintf_M defined please?

Hi

For ICC users, there is a macro which defines sprintf to be sprintf_M to 
force the compiler to use nutos's library (which it does)

I am unable to track down the source for sprintf_M or it's linkage back 
to NutOS.  Could someone please point me to the path/file in which 
sprintf_M is defined.
