Hi Harald.

Given the Ethernut Series 3 is soon to be born, can you quickly update the 
Nut/OS Memory Considerations document, for those of us that wish to use 
memory mapped I/O devices, which hopefully will not interfere with Ethernut 
1,2, or 3 nor future development or any reserved memory banks you may have 
planned for.
