[En-Nut-Discussion] Ethernut 2.1 UART0 and UART1 "access"

Hello All!

I need to connect to both UART0 and UART1 on an Ethernut 2.1 board. And in
addition, I need +12V and - 12V (or better one RS2323 high and one RS232 low
signal on the UART1 connector. 

Has anybody run across this (or a similar) requirement and found an
easy/simple/inexpensive solution regarding: 

how to connect to the board, 
which cables (ribbon or else) to use, 
if a custom mini PCB for mounting the 2 x DSUB-9 and wiring makes sense,
and the like.

Any suggestions / opinions welcome
