[En-Nut-Discussion] calloc.c make in ICCAVR isnt staying "made"

Brett,
you may check the last modification date of calloc.c.
The subdirectory c is required for environments without
C runtime lib only. For AVR it should not be included in
the compile. If you are missing any function, better try to
convince the people from avr-libc, that it is required.
In the past we experienced upgrade problems, when trying to
enhance the runtime lib locally. So better let them do this.

P.S. From my experience: You guys from the other end of the
world do have regular problems with date/time settings. Take
it. You old colonies have to accept, that not Brisbane but
Greenwich is still the center of the universe. :-)
