[En-Nut-Discussion] Writing and reading serial flash

Hi!

I'm currently working on an ethernet to sms bridge using ethernut 2.1, 
and i would like to output some log data to the on board serial flash. 
Been reading about this, but don't get what i need to do. Can someone 
give me a breakdown on what i need to do to read and write to the serial 
flash please?
