[En-Nut-Discussion] bootloader patches submitted for approval

Hello Dave,

most of the modifications had been done in the LAN91C111
bootloader by Oliver Schulz. I'm happy, that someone spent
the time to correct the RTL8019 version.

Patch had been added to CVS HEAD.
