[En-Nut-Discussion] Nut ARM Status

Hello Ralph,

CVS is running fine on Ethernut 3 and I assume that there's
almost no porting effort for the AT91SAM series to get the
kernel running.

Recently I re-wrote almost all of the interrupt handling,
which was a lot of typing work and I may have introduced
one or another bug. Please yell at me.
