[En-Nut-Discussion] External UART

Thank you guys :)

I'll have someone build a prototype and test out the code... I noticed
there was some ACE_* constants where etherut uses UART_*, I think they
should be kept as ethernut's so there is no difference in code from
one and the other and one could reuse it :)
I can do those changes and send to someone here or in the patch
manager at SF if it's ok with you.
