I don't know what is uC, but a locked processor does read "something"
in the ponyprog, it reads some garbage data, but doesn't give you
"device not found". I do know that it is a bit hard to setup pony, it
had issues with many pcs where I work... something with the LPT that I
can't quite figure out. One thing I always do is set it to ECC+EPP in
the bios, seams to work sometimes. Also, my working machine has the
LPT1 in 0x378, that info might be helpfull.
I don't have the scheme for the programmer I'm using right now, but I
can send you a link on monday if you want, we built ours with some
spare parts, not hard to assemble :)
