[En-Nut-Discussion] undefined reference to "NutAppMain" in C++ applications

Problem is solved, the library for the C++ support of NutOS was not 
included.
I added -lnutcpp in the linker call and everything works now.

Sorry, I didn't check the makefile thoroughly enough...
