This one typically appears when the ICCAVR library path hasn't
been set correctly.

Another assumption is, that the libraries won't fit to your
compiler version. As a hint (you don't got it from me :-)). If you
follow the software manual

starting the Configurator from within the ICCAVR IDE, you should
be able to build Nut/OS with the demo.

Is urom.c included in the project? Again the software manual explains
how to build this file.
