Hello Alexander,

If you have an old cygwin uninstall an get a new one.

If you have uninstall the GNUARM, check if you have some
more cygwin1.dll's on your computer (from other application).

Please check if a make application is available too.
Can you find a make.exe in your cygwin\bin directory?
If not, please install the make packages from the cygwin too.

I know that ethernut comes with a make, but I have not check this
mix.
