I suppose that r232d is a TCP Server serial converter application , I need a
TCP Client serial converter Application on the ethernut board.

If you installed NutOS package, you will see an example code of
Serial-to-TCP/IP convert under ethernut/nutapp21/rs232d/

The nutapp21 path depends on how you name your app directory..
