I checked your compiler environments.(gnuarm)

I think that you should change path directory :

 

Before : c:\ethernut-4.1.9\nut\tools\win32;C:\Program Files\GNUARM\arm-
elf\bin;
After : c:\ethernut-4.1.9\nut\tools\win32;C:\Program Files\GNUARM\bin

.

 

Try it.
