Hi Willem!

How did you connect the two Ethernuts together? Thru one crossover cable or
thru a hub/switch/router? Did you use the same connection (cable or box)
when trying the PC?

regards
ernst

Betreff: [En-Nut-Discussion] Two Nut/OS boxes do not communicate with
eachother

Hi everyone

I set up two Nut/OS 4.1.99 embedded systems based on ATMEGA128 AVR. System A
is listening on a TCP port, while system B is trying to connect to the
listen port on system A. On system A the call to NutTcpAccept returns 0, and
on system B the call to NutTcpConnect also returns 0. However a call of both
systems to "_read" (IO interface) results in an error, with NutTcpError
usually returning 57 (not connected error).

When any of the above-mentioned systems is replaced with a Windows XP
machine, the connection is established and two-way communication can take
place.

Does anyone experience the same problem? Do you have a solution?

Kind regards
