David You indirectly bring up an interesting subject.  I've been evaluating
porting Ethernut to the IAR AVR and ARM compiler.

Harold, how compiler agnostic is the code base now?  What percentage would
you say?  90% or higher?

>From a standpoint of compiler agnosticism the lwIP project has been nicely
implemented.
