I'm using WinAVR-20050214, and TwInit() is in 
D:\Work\ethernut-4.0.2\nut\arch\avr\dev\twif.c, as delivered with Nut/OS 
(besides my printf's).

I tried TWCR = 0x80 to, but with the same result.
