[En-Nut-Discussion] Modified codes for ASP forms...

Hi all,

In order to support forms for ASP, I modified NUTROOT/pro/asp.c source file
to pass down REQUEST *req to the user codes.  Please see the source for
changes.  Actually, only function  prototypes are changed here.

Attached please find httpd.tgz, which is modified httpd application.  The
following are changed:
httpserv.c - please check ASP Callback function, it got codes to process ASP
forms.
sample/form.asp - example ASP form derived from form.cgi

I would like to share these codes and someone please include it into the
source tree if it is usable.
