Well, in my case the result after upgrade is:

D:/Work/ethernut-4.0.2/nutbld/lib\libnutos.a(confos.o): In function

confos.c:(.text+0xc): undefined reference to `eeprom_read_block'
D:/Work/ethernut-4.0.2/nutbld/lib\libnutos.a(confos.o): In function 
`NutSaveConfig':
confos.c:(.text+0x58): undefined reference to `eeprom_read_byte'
confos.c:(.text+0x66): undefined reference to `eeprom_write_byte'
make: *** [TWI_Test.elf] Error 1


Just minutes before WinAVR-20050214 compiled the same sources and Nut/OS 
4.0.2 with no complains.

Does anybody know why?
