[En-Nut-Discussion] TWI initialization - new attempt

Hello Tim,
It's very difficult to see the start on the TWI because the pulse is
only a few uS and happens only once, so the scope's trigger level has to
be right to see anything.

They both show a logical zero (some millivolts).
If I configure port D as output also logical ones appear, so physically 
the outputs are ok.
