[En-Nut-Discussion] bootloader trouble (tcp/ip stack)

Hello, i'm need help to solving several problems with 
ethernut 1.3 rev. G

desc problem: 

all bits on atmega128 i'm seting from instruction on site
www.ethernut.de/en/isp/fuses.html  (AVR Studio Picture's) 
include Reset Boot bit.

after i'm programm on ethernut eboox.hex file with AVR 
Studio
and  load on atmega httpserv.bin etc.

after this all programm is execute (bootloader), and i'm 
see only one trouble
TCP/IP stack don't work, and ip addresses do not ping. :(

if i'm programm the httpserv.hex file from my AVR studio, 
all right worked , and tcp/ip stack is up.

How I can to force earn it?
