Which compiler are you using?

For GCC or WinAVR make sure, that main is redefined

   #define main       NutAppMain

Best check your .map file.

Did you link nutinit.o?

For ICCAVR: Did you select the correct option?
-ucrtnutram.o C:\ethernut-3.9.9\nutbld-21b-icc\lib\nutinit.o
