Rick,

I have installed Cygwin, but looks like it is not required
with the distribution from gnuarm.org. Possibly the Cygwin
DLLs are required.

Anyway, it's the recommended binary distribution for Nut/OS
on the ARM. Really good work.

Btw. I'm still using 3.4 toolchain. No idea if 4.0 will do
with Nut/OS 4.0.
