[En-Nut-Discussion] problems installing ethernut-4.0.1 in Linux: obsolete headers

Ups!
Sorry for the mess, it is ovbious that I had 4.0.1. I was just confused
after soooome time fighting with the problem, and I messed up the numbers.
I decided to try with avr-lib 1.2.5, but still it didn't work. However
the error was different this time. Now it complains about the lua stuff
when linking. I will post this in a new message.
