[En-Nut-Discussion] httpserv example for Olimex LPC-E2294 (ARM)

Hello,

here is a snapshot of my ARM port for the Olimex LPC-E2294 board.
This snapshot based on a Nut/OS 3.9.9 version and used the
CrossWorks for ARM compiler from Rowley.

The evaluation version of the compiler can be used to build it.
