[En-Nut-Discussion] Makefile .elf removal

Hi,

Can't AVRStudio call a .bat file where you can solve path variable issues 
and all this?
I think it's simpler than find exactly where is this .elf removal hidden. 
Also I think there is no reason except you don't need the .elf for regular 
builds.
