Sorry about the long delay, but I was busy with other stuff.

I've now uploaded the ENC28J60 test code to the Sample_Code repository 
at http://www.avrrepository.com

It's intended to run on a mega128. Code size is about 22kB.
Project is for AVRStudio/WinAVR
