Hi Martin,
I'm using TFTDPD32 v2.80. It's still available at
http://tftpd32.jounin.net/
and may solve the problem.
You may also re-compile Bootmon, available at
http://www.ethernut.de/en/hardware/enut3/jtag.html
with
DEFS += -DNUTDEBUG
enabled in the file Makedefs. This will generate additional output.
