Not without some effort. MMC/SD Cards have a completely different
interface.

The preview version 4.1.4 contains a FAT compatible driver for
MMC cards.

At least in CVS HEAD there's a working software bit-banging SPI
block device driver as well. Both had been tested for ARM only.
An AVR hardware SPI driver is not yet available.
