[En-Nut-Discussion] compiling problem when compiling in source tree

Hi,

there is a problem when compiling directly in the sourcetree without
configurator as I still do this in most of my projects. This error seems
to be new and introduced with the amtega2561 support.

In arch/Makefile the is contect_icc always included if compiling for
avr. This should depend on the compiler type and does not work with gcc.
