[En-Nut-Discussion] Inconsistence in RTC api

Hi all:

I found an inconsistency at the API for the RTC that comes with Ethernut
3: X12RtcSetClock receives the year relative to 2000, but X12RtcGetClock
returns it relative to 1900. It would be better if both APIs used 1900
or 2000.
