After some reading I've found out that lwip is to big to fit in first 
ethernut board, so the Lunea's labs 
(http://www.sm.luth.se/~conny/nat/nat-0.1.zip) nat wouldn't be small 
enough to fit on my Nut.
I'm little disapointed :-/
