out the part number and post it (assuming that the screws are metric that
it...).

The mini adapter is actually part of the SP Duo

Louis Beaudoin, who developed the adapter, always
demanded to add bolts to fasten the mini adapter
on the SP Duo. We never managed to obtain such
bolts.
