Janusz,

Thanks for posting your findings. Just a small addition:

1. During EEPROM emulation the external RAM is not available.
Thus, the emulation routine must take care to use internal
RAM only.

2. The RTL8019 has a full internal address decoder. It
occupies address range 0x8300 - 0x831F.
