Andrei,

using 255.255.255.255 as the target IP will automatically
add the broadcast MAC to the Ethernet header. Further, if
your network is 192.168.1.0 (with netmask 255.255.255.0),
then 192.168.1.255 will do the same.

Multicast is not yet available.
