[En-Nut-Discussion] appload questions

I have some questions about using appload, I think the documentation  
is a little old, as it doesn't mention Ethernut 2.1 or 3.

my questions:

The documentation mentions only using SPI to initially program, is it  
also possible to use JTAG to access the upper half of the flash ROM  
to put in the bootloader?

Having the appload code on the ethernut means it gets its code to run  
every time it starts up correct?  Has anyone implemented a telnet or  
other method to upload the new code when you want to, and not when  
the ethernut boots?  I would like to see such an example.
