uboot is the number 1 choice for ARM Boards. But it will probably occupy 
a lot of memory. Using a serial flash may do the trick. Otherwise, using 
the bootmon bootloader of Ethernut 3 and replacing the Davicom Driver 
with the required code for the SAM7X NIC shouldn't be too difficult.
