[En-Nut-Discussion] Macro definitions for Ethernet 1.3 Rev G

Hello,

How to know which macro definitions have been declared for an Ethernut 1.3
Rev G board? By example, I know that __MCU_enhanced and __HARVARD_ARCH__
have been declared. I opened into ethernut13g.conf and NutConf.mk files but
I'm not sure what I have to look for... It's very important for my project
because I could exclude some part of useless code.
