[En-Nut-Discussion] Repost --- Some more rfc on avr ethernet drivers

Hi,

as I did not get any response to my question I ask again. Perhaps
anybody mind about it?

While reworking the cs8900 driver I was also thinking about why the
cs8900 driver as well as the rtl8019 driver are splitted into two files.
This could be done in one if the driver control struct is includeded
into the main driver file.

I have done this for cs8900. We should also use only one device name
(eth0) for all ethernet drivers, should'nt we?

I would like to change this too to arrange things more clearly.
Any comments are wellcome.

Best regards,

Ole Reinhardt
