[En-Nut-Discussion] ATmega2561, threads and upper flash

No, sorry, I can't. I only have ported eboot for a client, but don't own
a Mega2561 board myself. I just checked that the Flash was correctly
written by eboot. The application was closed source and I could not
verify if everything worked fine.

The application is about 175 KB. And according to my client it seems
that everything works fine.
