[En-Nut-Discussion] Half Duplex in USARTs

Setting the half duplex macros in NutConfig and 
re-building the libraries results in an error.  In 
USARTxAVR.c, the tests for which port fails.  I had to 
hard code the port info.

Any thoughts?
