[En-Nut-Discussion] igmp support breaks compile

Hello,

the CVS head does not compile for me. 
igmp.c:90: warning: ‘struct in_multi’ declared inside parameter list

Also TWI device is broken if you compile for AVR and don't use the
configurator (ie TWI_DELAY is not defined). The latter one I'll fix
later on.
