[En-Nut-Discussion] Even more Compiling 4.3.1 on Suse 10.2

Hello,

it seemed fiddling with lua-51/wxWidget wasn't that a good idea. Nutconf
crashed  after the second run.

I downgraded lua to lua-50 from the distribution sources and updated wxGTK
from opensuse/distribution/SL-OSS-factory/inst-source/suse/i586
to wxGTK-2.8.1.1-3

This time ./nut compiles fine and nutconf runs too. However if the Nut/OS
Components treeview get expanded so long that a scroll bar is seen, and I
move the scroolbar away from the top and klick some item to unpack it, heavy
redraw problems are seen, with the upper portion of the tree getting gray
and the start of the tree shifted down.
