It seems to work flawlessly without needing any further modifications.
There is only one drawback, and it's critical for my application - a
network test that used to reach ~108 kByte/s throughput from the Nut to
a PC (and still does, in the same environment, just with the old OS
version) now reaches only 87 kByte/s.

Any idea what could be the reason? I checked the compiler optimization
settings, they're the same. Changes in timers, interrupt handlers, ...?

Any hints are appreciated
