[En-Nut-Discussion] HW based on the ethernut 1.3g

Hello,
I have designed a HW on the ethernut 1.3g, I am using Nut/OS 4.3.2 and I
have the following problems:

When I upload "basemon.c" to my HW to test it, I observed that it does
everithing right, but when I used option S it answer: no RAM at 0x8000.

My HW is: ATmega128, latch 74HC573D, IS62C256AL-45ULI(32x8 bit  CMOS static
RAM - 45ns), RTL8019AS

I think problem could be with the SRAM timing. Can u tell me how should I
fix it?
