[En-Nut-Discussion] httpd compilation

Hello,

finally I did compilation of httpd sample. I just added required path to
Environment Variable "path". I do not know why but path to
c:\ethernut-4.4.0\nut\tools\win32 was not set here. Only path to WinAVR
compiler and some additional setting were here. All settings in the ethernut
configurator were made according manual. So, configurator automatically
added only path to C:\WinAVR-20070525\bin;C:\WinAVR-20070525\utils\bin;  
So, information for the beginners (WindowsXP):
Right click on "My computer"->properties->Advanced->Environment
Variables->Path->Edit
now just add in the beginning of path variable
"c:\ethernut-4.4.0\nut\tools\win32;"
And reboot computer!

Now I will try to find out right settings for the specific MMnet104 board.
