Hello Joe,

have you use the installer from YAGARTO, or do you copy the
YAGARTO toolchain from one place to another?

The YAGARTO toolchain need a registry key like this:

"BINUTILS"="D:\\Compiler\\yagarto"
"GCC"="D:\\Compiler\\yagarto"
"G++"="D:\\Compiler\\yagarto"
===============================================================

Here you can see that I have install the toolchain at
C:\Compiler\yagarto

The installer will set the registry key. Check if this registry key 
is set correct in your case.
