Looks like we have a similar problem here, using YAGARTO with Ethernut3.
Nut/OS 4.5 (CVS HEAD)
Binutils-2.17
Newlib-1.15.0
GCC-4.2.1
Eclipse 3.3
Zylin CDT 20070830
Zylin plugin 20070830


We are currently trying Linux and different tool versions. No idea, 
what's going on here. Possibly a problem with GCC 4.2.
