   Is there a printable document or can one be created that lists each 
of the user callable functions (and a brief description) organized by 
API?  The Help and HTML files are great if you already know what you are 
seeking and just need a reference.  They are not so great if you are 
trying to learn about the various APIs (OS, stack, file system, device 
drivers, etc.).
   The Help and HTML files also contain information about internal 
functions that are not (typically) used directly by an application.  It 
would be nice if these were not included in the document.
