When checking the latest ChangeLog at
http://ethernut.cvs.sourceforge.net/ethernut/nut/ChangeLog?revision=1.410
there had been several memory leaks fixed, but only one is related to 
old code (PPP close). The remaining fixes are related to the PHAT 
filesystem.
